When we first came to 1212 to look at the property, we both knew it was perfect when we saw the studio in the back. What once was a music studio, has now been transformed into a boutique spa experience. With fifteen years of experience in the beauty, and wellness industry, Kacey couldn’t be more elated to welcome our incredible community to 1212 Spa. We have so many exciting plans for this property, from growing edible gardens, to housing free range chickens, and so much more! The foundation of 1212 Spa is not only built on intentionality but also on expert craftsmanship, thanks to Zac. A millwright by trade, Zac brought Kacey’s vision to life, designing and building the spa with precision and care. His dedication to quality and detail ensures that every element of the space reflects the same serenity and refinement that defines the 1212 experience. Together, Kacey and Zac have created a sanctuary where beauty, relaxation, and craftsmanship come together in perfect harmony.
