Cancellation Policy
1212 Spa requires 24hr notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a 50% charge of the total service fee will be applied
No shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
Appointments
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
By appointment only. We do not accept walk ins.
Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early for your appointment, unless instructed otherwise. This will allow us to manage the flow of the parking lot.
The Property
We kindly ask all guests respect our property. Access is granted by appointment only to ensure your privacy, and ours. Thank you for your understanding!
Final Sale
All gift cards, and retail products are final sale.

1212 Spa Gift Card Policy
At 1212 Spa, we believe in the gift of self-care. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our gift card policy below:
Redemption: Gift cards may be used toward any spa service or retail products 1212 Spa. They are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Partial Use: Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be applied to future visits.
Booking: Appointments are required for all services. Please mention your gift card at the time of booking and present it at check-in.
Promotions: Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards and may not be combined with certain discounts or promotional offers.
Lost or Stolen Cards: 1212 Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your card like cash.
